The invention relates to the technical field of waste brick making, and discloses a solid waste and biomass charcoal sintering method brick making process, which comprises the following steps: S1, putting collected solid wastes into a screening machine, and crushing and screening; s2, putting the screened wastes into a sedimentation tank, and removing supernatant liquid and floating objects after solid wastes in the sedimentation tank are settled; s3, sand separation and sand washing treatment is conducted on the precipitated solid waste, the solid waste is discharged into a flocculation basin, meanwhile, yellow loam and bentonite are added, and slurry is obtained. Through the preparation process, common solid waste can be prepared into brick making raw materials and finished bricks, and the problem that the common solid waste and livestock manure accumulate to affect the environment is effectively solved.
本发明涉及废物制砖技术领域，且公开了一种固体废物与生物质炭烧结法制砖工艺，包括以下步骤：S1：将收集来的固体废物投入筛分机且进行粉碎、筛分；S2：然后将筛分后的废物投入在沉淀池内，待沉淀池中的固体废物沉淀，去除上层清液及漂浮物；S3：对沉淀的固体废物分砂洗砂处理，并排入到絮凝池，同时加入黄壤土与膨润土，得到泥浆。通过本制备工艺，可将一般固废制成制砖原料，并且制成成品砖，有效解决了一般固废与禽畜粪便积影响环境的问题。
