The invention discloses an anti-reflection crack asphalt pavement structure with a combined base layer. The anti-reflection crack asphalt pavement structure comprises an asphalt surface layer, a woodworking grid type reinforced graded broken stone functional layer, an anti-crack semi-rigid base layer and a sub-base layer which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, prime coat oil is sprayed between the woodworking geocell reinforced graded broken stone functional layer and the asphalt surface layer, broken stones used by the geocell reinforced graded broken stone functional layer are continuously graded, and the maximum particle size is not greater than 31.5 mm; prime coat oil is sprayed between the anti-crack semi-rigid base layer and the geocell reinforced graded broken stone functional layer; the anti-crack semi-rigid base layer adopts cement stabilized macadam with a strong embedded and extruded framework compact structure; cement paste is sprayed between the subbase layer and the anti-crack semi-rigid base layer, and the subbase layer is made of low-dosage cement stabilized macadam. By adopting the combined base layer anti-reflection crack asphalt pavement structure, the reflection crack disease of the asphalt pavement is slowed down, and the service life of a road is greatly prolonged.
本发明公开了一种组合式基层抗反射裂缝沥青路面结构,包括从上向下依次设置的沥青面层、木工格式加固级配碎石功能层、抗裂半刚性基层和底基层;木工格室加固级配碎石功能层与沥青面层之间喷洒有透层油,土工格室加固级配碎石功能层所用碎石为连续级配,最大粒径不大于31.5mm;抗裂半刚性基层和土工格室加固级配碎石功能层之间喷洒透层油;抗裂半刚性基层采用强嵌挤骨架密实结构水泥稳定碎石;底基层和抗裂半刚性基层之间喷洒水泥浆,底基层为低剂量水泥稳定碎石。本发明采用上述组合式基层抗反射裂缝沥青路面结构,减缓沥青路面反射裂缝病害的出现,大大延长道路使用寿命。
