The invention provides a manufacturing method of a steel box arch of a steel arch bridge. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: S1, pretreating a steel plate; s2, blanking and machining of the parts; s3, inner side web unit piece manufacturing, outer side web unit piece manufacturing, top plate unit piece manufacturing, partition plate unit piece manufacturing, suspender partition plate unit piece manufacturing and bottom plate unit piece manufacturing; s4, the inner side web unit piece, the top plate unit piece, the partition plate unit piece, the suspender partition plate unit piece and the bottom plate unit piece are assembled to form a groove-shaped unit piece; s5, the groove-shaped unit pieces and the outer side web unit pieces are assembled to form arch rib sections; and S6, the (A + 1 + A) * 2 arch rib sections are assembled to form the steel box arch, wherein A is larger than or equal to 10. The steel arch bridge is used for solving the problems that the construction progress is slow, the construction cost is high and the construction quality is difficult to guarantee due to the fact that an existing steel arch bridge is complex in steel box arch structure, large in pipe diameter, thick in plate, multiple in component type and narrow in construction site.
本发明提供一种钢拱桥钢箱拱的制作方法,包括以下步骤:S1,钢板预处理;S2,零件的下料及加工;S3,内侧腹板单元件制作,外侧腹板单元件制作、顶板单元件制作,隔板单元件制作,吊杆隔板单元件制作和底板单元件制作;S4,所述内侧腹板单元件、顶板单元件、隔板单元件、吊杆隔板单元件和底板单元件组装形成槽形单元件;S5,所述槽形单元件与外侧腹板单元件组装形成拱肋节段;S6,采用(A+1+A)*2个所述拱肋节段组装形成钢箱拱,其中A≥10。本发明用于解决现有的钢拱桥因钢箱拱结构较复杂,管径大、板材厚、部件种类多、施工现场狭小,导致施工进度较慢,施工成本较高,同时难以保障施工质量的问题。
