The invention provides a spiral stacking type fishway outlet structure suitable for a large water level amplitude. The spiral stacking type fishway outlet structure comprises a spiral stacking type fishway, a supporting foundation, a plurality of fishway outlets and an outlet gate. The supporting foundation is fixed to a side slope or a river bottom so as to support the spiral stacked fishway. The plurality of fishway outlets are positioned in the same direction of different layers of the outer wall of the spiral stacked fishway and correspond to different running water levels; the other direction of the same layer of the fishway outlet of the bottommost layer is a water flow outlet of the spiral stacked fishway, the elevation of the water flow outlet is lower than that of the spiral stacked fishway, and the water flow outlet is connected with the matched fishway; the multiple fishway outlets share the same outlet gate, the outlet gate is located on the outer sides of the multiple fishway outlets, the outlet gate can move in the height direction, and unified opening and closing control over the multiple fishway outlets is achieved. Linkage control over multiple gates is not needed, opening and closing control over multiple fishway outlets is achieved by controlling one gate, and the device is suitable for the upstream large-water-level variable-amplitude operation environment.
