The invention discloses a highway engineering roadbed compactness detection device which structurally comprises a motor box, a control panel, a handrail, a lifting rod and a detection mechanism, the control panel is embedded in the upper end face of the motor box, and the handrail is arranged at the outer side end of the motor box; spring pressing rods on the four supporting mechanisms at the bottom are used for conducting independent elastic adjusting supporting in a connecting pipe sleeve, it is guaranteed that the drilling mechanism and the surface of the roadbed are kept at a perpendicular angle, and the situation that when drilling is conducted on the surface of the roadbed, slipping occurs, and consequently inclined drilling is caused is avoided; an air push rod at the lower end in the air pressure chamber downwards pushes and presses the push rod, the lower end of a linkage rod outwards performs linkage to apply external pushing force to an opening and closing piece, at the moment, the opening and closing piece outwards rotates around a torsion shaft at the upper end, soil at the lowest end in a drilled hole is discharged into the lower end of a drilling rod, and soil is prevented from remaining in the hole; and errors in detection of the compaction degree of the roadbed are prevented.
本发明公开了一种公路工程路基压实度检测装置,其结构包括电机箱、控制面板、扶手、升降杆、检测机构,电机箱上端面嵌有控制面板,并且电机箱外侧端设有扶手,通过底部四个支撑机构上的弹簧压杆在连接管套内部进行独立的弹性调节支撑,确保钻孔机构与路基表面保持在垂直的角度,避免在路基表面钻孔时发生打滑的造成倾斜钻孔的情况,通过按下按杆往内挤压,使得气压室内部下端的气推杆往下推动推杆下压,连动杆的下端则往外进行连动对开闭片施加外推力,这时开闭片绕着上端的扭力轴往外进行转动,钻孔孔洞内部最下端的泥土排入到钻孔杆下端内部,避免泥土残留在孔洞内部,防止对路基压实度的检测出现误差。
