The invention provides an anchor tail cone and an anchor rod device with the anchor tail cone, and belongs to the technical field of geotechnical engineering protection. The anchor tail cone comprises a cone head and a cone tail, the cone head comprises a first end face and a second end face, the diameter of the cone head is sequentially increased between the first end face and the second end face, the cone tail comprises a third end face and a fourth end face, the diameter of the cone tail is sequentially decreased between the third end face and the fourth end face, and the second end face of the cone head is in butt joint with the third end face of the cone tail to form the anchor tail cone. An anchor hole is formed in the center of the anchor tail cone and is a through hole. The anchor rod device with the anchor tail cone comprises a rib body, a bearing base plate, a stop-grouting plug, a limiting nut and the anchor tail cone, a first external thread is arranged at the top of the rib body, the bearing base plate is arranged on the first external thread in a sleeving mode, and the bearing base plate is clamped between the limiting nut and the stop-grouting plug; the anchor tail cone is arranged at the bottom of the rib body, and center through holes of the bearing base plate, the stop-grouting plug and the limiting nut are aligned with the anchor hole. The anchor tail cone has a self-locking function, and the anchor rod device can increase anchoring force.
