Efficient and energy-saving pump station system
The invention provides an efficient and energy-saving pump station system, which belongs to the technical field of pump stations, and comprises a pump station outer box body, a pump station body device and a control cabinet, the pump station outer box body is designed in a modularized manner, and then the pump station body device and the control cabinet are respectively arranged in different modularized box bodies in a factory; and debugging and testing output water quantity and power data according to parameters of different pump stations, transporting the modularized box bodies to a destination by using a truck, splicing the modularized box bodies, and remotely checking working state data of the pump station body device by a user through a client. According to the pump station, the outer box body of the pump station is subjected to modularization treatment, so that the installation and transportation processes are more efficient, the time for building one pump station traditionally is about 45 days, but the pump station can be installed and constructed in two days, the efficiency is greatly improved, and the pump room and the modularized assemblies are standardized and can be rapidly installed and put into use.
本发明提供一种高效节能的泵站系统,属于泵站技术领域,包括泵站外箱体、泵站体装置和控制柜,把泵站外箱体安装模块化设计,然后在工厂将泵站体装置和控制柜分别安装在不同的模块化的箱体内,然后根据不同的泵站的参数进行调试与测试输出水量和功率数据,用卡车将模块化的箱体运输到目的地然后将模块化的箱体进行拼接,用户通过客户端进行远程查看泵站体装置的工作状态数据和远程。本发明通过将泵站外箱体模块化处理,使得在安装和运输过程更加的高效,传统的建立一个泵站的时间大概为45天左右,但是本申请的泵站实现两天即可安装建设完成,效率大大提高,标准化泵房、模块化组件,可快速安装和投入使用。
