Water quality improving water tank
The invention relates to a water quality improving water tank which comprises a water storage module connected with a raw water inlet pipe. An open slot is formed in the lower part of the water storage module, a closed membrane box with a drawer type internal structure is arranged in the open slot, a membrane box water inlet of the membrane box is connected with the water storage module through a membrane box water inlet pipe, a water producing port is connected with secondary pressurizing equipment through a water producing pipe, and a filtering membrane group is arranged between the membrane box water inlet and the water producing port. Water storage of the water tank and membrane filtration are integrated, modular production is facilitated, on-site installation and debugging time is saved, meanwhile, the equipment is small in occupied area, the membrane box is of a push-pull drawer structure, disassembly, assembly and maintenance are convenient, membrane sets are arranged in groups, are mutually independent and do not interfere with each other during backwashing, and the water production efficiency is greatly improved. And by utilizing the characteristics of low membrane resistance and good water quality of the ultrafiltration membrane, the water production efficiency is improved, the energy consumption is saved, and meanwhile, the water quality of water discharged from the water tank meets the requirement of high-quality drinking water.
本发明涉及一种水质提升水箱,包括储水模块,所述储水模块与原水进水管相连。所述储水模块的下部设有开口槽,所述开口槽内设有内部结构为抽屉式的封闭式膜箱,所述膜箱的膜箱进水口通过膜箱进水管与所述储水模块相连、产水口通过产水管与二次加压设备相连,所述膜箱进水口与产水口之间设有过滤膜组。本发明将水箱储水与膜过滤集成为一体,方便模块化生产,节约现场安装调试时间,同时设备占地面积小,膜箱采用推拉式抽屉结构,拆装维护方便,膜组按组布置,每组膜组之间相互独立,反冲洗时互不干涉,大大提高产水效率。利用超滤膜膜阻低、制水水质好的特点,提高了制水效率,节约能耗,同时保证水箱出水水质满足高品质饮用水的要求。
