The invention discloses a drainage pipeline trenchless desilting and repairing construction method, and belongs to the technical field of pipeline repairing. The method is realized through seven steps of pipeline plugging, pipeline diversion dewatering, pipeline temporary drainage dewatering, pipeline dredging, pipeline special cleaning and well chamber cleaning, pipeline foreign matter removal and trenchless repair. According to the air bag plugging method, rubber air bags are installed on the upstream and the downstream of the cleaning area section for plugging, all water inlet sources are cut off, corresponding water levels are controlled, water head pressure is reduced, and operation safety is improved. The temporary drainage pipeline is erected, water is pumped into the temporary pipeline through the water pump to be drained into the downstream well, and therefore the requirement for no water or little water in the pipeline can be met, and pipeline detection is facilitated. According to the method, the alkali-free glass fiber hose is adopted, the alkali-free glass fiber hose is pulled into the to-be-repaired pipeline from the inspection well after being fully soaked in the resin, the hose is expanded to be round through air pressure, and a firm and smooth new lining pipe is formed after ultraviolet light curing, so that the repairing purpose is achieved.
