The invention discloses an ultrahigh large-span air corridor structure and a construction method thereof. The structure comprises a corridor body, and the two opposite ends of the corridor body are connected to the tops of two oppositely-arranged super high-rise buildings correspondingly; the butterfly-shaped bearing frame comprises two arch supports, the inner arc faces of the arch supports are arranged downwards, and the arc tops of the two arch supports are arranged in a crossed mode. The bearing platform is mounted at the intersection of the arc tops of the two arch supports, and the bearing platform is supported on the corridor body through a sliding support; the two opposite sides of the bearing platform are connected to the two opposite sides of the corridor body through the multiple anti-falling inhaul cables correspondingly. The problem that large potential safety hazards exist due to the fact that an existing supporting structure mode is adopted for the large-span ultrahigh aerial corridor is solved.
