The invention discloses a support-free assembly type concrete frame structure and a matched supporting device. The support-free assembly type concrete frame structure comprises a prefabricated column; the prefabricated main beam is erected between the prefabricated columns; the limiting structure is arranged at the top of the prefabricated column and used for limiting the prefabricated main beam; the prefabricated secondary beam is assembled with the prefabricated main beam through a connecting structure; the laminated slabs are arranged on the prefabricated main beams and the prefabricated secondary beams; and the supporting devices are arranged on the prefabricated main beams and the prefabricated secondary beams and used for supporting the laminated slabs. During use, excessive scaffolds can be omitted, the whole construction process is simplified, time and labor are saved, and therefore the working efficiency can be effectively improved.
