The invention discloses a construction method for improving chloride ion corrosion protection durability of mass concrete, which comprises the following steps: setting a foundation concrete reserved blade foot when foundation concrete is poured; the inner side mold and the outer side mold are arranged in the two foundation concrete reserved blade feet correspondingly; galling treatment is conducted on the surface of the foundation concrete between the two reserved blade feet; ground anchors are arranged on the foundation concrete at intervals; the ground anchor and the inner side mold are fixed through the tie steel strand, the wall waist push rod and the wall bottom push rod; the inner side mold and the outer side mold are fixed through a tie beam; telescopic self-propelled pulleys are mounted at the bottoms of the inner side mold and the outer side mold; and after the inner side mold and the outer side mold are built, concrete can be poured. The durability of chloride ion corrosion protection of the mass reinforced concrete can be effectively improved, and meanwhile, the concrete construction efficiency is improved.
