The invention discloses a single-side formwork supporting device for a basement exterior wall internal corner and a construction method. The single-side formwork supporting device comprises an L-shaped supporting column mechanism, a horizontal supporting frame mechanism, a connector assembly, a horizontal supporting frame mechanism and a floor type supporting rod mechanism. Fixing work is completed through foot locking bolts in the L-shaped supporting column mechanisms; a plurality of horizontal supporting frame mechanisms are fixedly arranged on the vertical rods, and the unfolding sizes of the horizontal supporting frame mechanisms are adjusted, so that the horizontal supporting frame mechanisms are attached to the formworks on the two sides of the internal corner of the outer wall; all the horizontal supporting frame mechanisms are connected into a whole through the floor type supporting rod mechanisms, loads are transmitted to the ground, and the anti-overturning stability of the frame body is improved.
