Facade cable membrane construction method for huge outward inclined cable back pulling system
The invention provides a construction method for a facade cable membrane of a huge outward inclined cable back pulling system, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, welding a steel truss with the size corresponding to that of a facade membrane, temporarily fixing an inhaul cable and the facade membrane on the steel truss, then integrally hoisting in place, fixing the steel truss by taking a ring beam at the top of a main body structure as a support, and taking the steel truss as a temporary operation platform; and vertical surface cable membrane installation construction is carried out. The cable membrane structure is prevented from being directly hoisted in an unfolded mode, hoisting is easier, erecting of an operation platform is omitted, materials of the operation platform are saved, the occupied area of a construction site is reduced, the construction period is shortened, and safety and quality are guaranteed; the construction method is high in operability, mature and reliable, and has more obvious advantages especially in construction of the facade cable membrane of the huge outer inclined cable back pulling system.
本发明提供了一种巨幅外倾斜索背拉体系立面索膜施工方法,首先焊接与立面膜相应尺寸的钢桁架,将拉索与立面膜临时固定于钢桁架上,然后整体吊装就位,以主体结构顶部环梁为支撑固定钢桁架,并将钢桁架作为临时操作平台,进行立面索膜安装施工。本发明避免了索膜结构以展开形式直接吊装,吊装更加容易,取消了操作平台的搭设,节约了操作平台材料,减小了施工场地的占用面积,缩短了施工工期,保证了安全及质量;本发明可操作性强,成熟可靠,尤其在巨幅外倾斜索背拉体系立面索膜的施工中,优势更为明显。
