The invention discloses a hidden type trace drainage aluminum alloy door and window which comprises a frame, a door and window body is hinged to the frame, and an inner hole of the frame is shielded or exposed along with rotation of the door and window body; the drainage assembly comprises a drainage hole, the drainage hole is formed in a bottom transverse plate in the frame, a baffle plate is arranged on the frame in a sliding and penetrating mode, the vertical section of the baffle plate is in an L shape, the baffle plate is located above the drainage hole, and the bottom of the baffle plate makes contact with the top of the bottom transverse plate in the frame; the starting assembly is arranged on the frame, the starting assembly comprises a first sliding block, a first containing groove is formed in the frame, and the first sliding block is located in the first containing groove. The improved door and window is simple in structure and convenient to install, accumulated water in the frame is actively drained, the door and window and the frame cannot be soaked by liquid such as rainwater for a long time, and the service life of the door and window is prolonged.
