The invention belongs to wastewater treatment in the field of chemical industry, and relates to treatment of chemical wastewater containing sulfuric acid and sulfate, in particular to a method for refining gypsum from the chemical wastewater containing sulfuric acid and sulfate. Comprising the steps of oxidation reaction of hydrogen peroxide, reaction of adjusting PH to 4-5 by calcium hydroxide, direct oxidation reaction of an ozone reactor, ozone advanced catalytic oxidation reaction of adjusting PH to 8-9, filter pressing, washing and drying to obtain refined gypsum. According to the method, pollutants in the wastewater are removed by applying an ozone advanced oxidation method, effluent of the chemical wastewater containing sulfuric acid and sulfate can reach the standard through a subsequent process, gypsum is obtained through refining and purification, and the standard that GB/T21371-2008 (industrial byproduct gypsum used in cement) serves as a cement speed regulating agent is met. The technological method is efficient, stable and easy and convenient to operate, comprehensive utilization is achieved while pollution is treated, and the good environment-friendly effect and economic benefits are achieved.
本发明属于化工领域的废水处理,涉及含硫酸及硫酸盐的化工废水治理,尤其涉及含硫酸及硫酸盐的化工废水精制石膏的方法,包括双氧水的氧化反应、氢氧化钙调节PH至4‑5反应、臭氧反应器的直接氧化反应、调节PH至8‑9的臭氧高级催化氧化反应,经过压滤、洗涤、干燥,得到精制石膏。本发明应用臭氧高级氧化法不仅去除废水中的污染物,还可确保含硫酸及硫酸盐的化工废水经后续工艺出水达标外,实现了精制提纯得到石膏,符合GB/T21371‑2008(用于水泥中的工业副产石膏)作为水泥调速剂的标准。该工艺方法高效、稳定,操作简便,治理污染的同时得到综合利用,具有良好的环保效果和经济效益。
