The invention relates to a water supply pipe network integrated chlorine supplementing device which comprises a disinfectant storage barrel arranged underground and a box body arranged on the ground, a metering and dosing module, an online instrument module, a control processing module, a medicament adding pipe and a water inlet pipe are arranged in the box body, and the metering and dosing module is connected between the disinfectant storage barrel and the medicament adding pipe; the online instrument module is connected with the water inlet pipe, detects the flow and the residual chlorine concentration in the water inlet pipe and transmits data to the control processing module, the control processing module calculates the flow of a disinfectant added to a water supply pipe and transmits a control signal to the metering and dosing module, and the metering and dosing module extracts the disinfectant from a disinfectant storage barrel. The device disclosed by the invention is high in flexibility and strong in applicability, can be mounted at a proper position according to requirements, can also be used for selecting equipment with different parameters according to different requirements to meet application requirements, and is small in occupied area and low in cost.
