The compressive strength of the geopolymer solidified body can reach 70 MPa to the maximum, the manufacturing method is simple, the cost is low, and a large amount of red mud waste is effectively consumed. Concentrations of heavy metal ions Cu < 2 + >, Pb < 2 + > and Cd < 2 + > in a leaching solution, which are measured by a leaching toxicity leaching method in different leaching environments of a solidified body, can meet national standards. Namely, the geopolymer can effectively solidify heavy metals, so that the geopolymer can be widely applied to surface water or underground water environments, landfill leachate environments, acid rain environments and seawater environments when being applied to constructional engineering materials.
本发明提供一种固化有重金属离子的地聚物材料及其制备方法,属于工程材料制备技术领域,利用赤泥、Ⅰ级粉煤灰和生石灰粉为基本原料,并添加(0.5~3.0wt%)重金属盐,在碱性激发剂的作用下制备出重金属地聚物固化体,通过标准养护后,地聚物固化体的抗压强度最大可达到70MPa,制作方法简单,成本低,有效消耗了大量的赤泥废弃物。通过固化体在不同的浸出环境中,浸出毒性浸出方法测定浸出液中重金属离子Cu2+、Pb2+和Cd2+的浓度均可满足国家标准。即地聚物可以有效固化重金属,因此应用于建筑工程材料中,可广泛应用于地表水或地下水环境、填埋场渗滤液环境、酸雨环境以及海水环境中。
