Concrete prepared by doping stabilizer and replacing coarse aggregate with steel slag
The invention relates to a stabilizer-doped concrete prepared by replacing coarse aggregate with steel slag. The concrete is mainly prepared by mixing steel slag, steel slag sand, cement, water and a stabilizer. The broken stones are replaced by the steel slag, and the rate of replacing the broken stones by the steel slag is greater than or equal to 20-100%. Specifically, the steel slag concrete comprises the following components: steel slag, steel slag sand, cement, water and a stabilizer in a mass ratio of (30-65): (10-40): (25-55): (4-6): (0.1-1.2). The production process comprises the following steps: (1) detecting and screening the raw materials; (2) preparing the stabilizer; and (3) uniformly stirring and mixing the steel slag, the steel slag sand, the cement, the water and the stabilizer to obtain the steel slag concrete. And the steel slag concrete ground meets the GB50204-2002 standard. And (4) good compressive strength and wear resistance are achieved, the method has important significance on full utilization of waste resources, energy conservation and environmental protection, and the purpose of turning waste into wealth is truly achieved.
掺一种稳定剂用钢渣替代粗骨料配制混凝土,主要由:钢渣、钢渣沙、水泥、水和稳定剂混合而成。钢渣替代碎石,钢渣代碎石率≥20%‑100%,并加入一定量的稳定剂。具体地说:钢渣混凝土按质量比其组成为:钢渣∶钢渣沙∶水泥∶水∶稳定剂=30‑65∶10‑40∶25‑55∶4‑6∶0.1‑1.2。其生产工艺为:(1)原料检测筛选(2)制稳定剂(3)将钢渣、钢渣沙、水泥、水和稳定剂搅拌均匀混合制得钢渣混凝土。钢渣混凝土地满足GB50204‑2002标准。(4)具有良好的抗压强度和耐磨性,本发明无论是对废弃资源的充分利用,还是对节约能源,保护环境都有重要意义,真正实现“变废为宝”。
