The invention belongs to the technical field of jun porcelain, and particularly relates to a jun porcelain concentric circle and non-concentric circle manufacturing and traceless firing process which comprises the following steps: (1) manufacturing pug; (2) preparing a blank; (3) fettling, wherein concentric circles or non-concentric circles are fettled in the green body; (4) traceless biscuit firing: padding a support ring at the bottom of the green body, and firing to obtain a green body; (5) preparing glaze: preparing moon white glaze slip and copper red glaze slip; (6) glazing: brushing the copper red glaze slip on concentric circles or non-concentric circles in the plain body and the outer side surface of the plain body, airing, brushing the moon white glaze slip on other glazed positions in the plain body, and airing to obtain a glazed body; and (7) traceless firing: a support ring is cushioned at the bottom of the glazed green body, and the concentric or non-concentric jun porcelain is obtained through firing. According to the method, traceless biscuit firing and traceless firing are adopted, the bottom of the obtained concentric-circle or non-concentric-circle jun porcelain is smooth and free of indentations, the jun porcelain product contains two glazing colors which represent the sun and the moon respectively, and the artistic ornamental value of the jun porcelain product is improved.
本发明属于钧瓷技术领域，具体涉及一种钧瓷同心圆及非同心圆制作与无痕烧制工艺，包括如下步骤：(1)制泥料；(2)制坯；(3)修坯：在坯体内修出同心圆或非同心圆；(4)无痕素烧：在坯体底部垫一个支圈，烧制得素胎；(5)制釉料：制备月白釉釉浆和铜红釉釉浆；(6)施釉：将铜红釉釉浆刷在素胎内的同心圆或非同心圆处以及素胎的外侧面，晾干后将月白釉釉浆刷在素胎内的其他上釉处，晾干后得到施釉坯体；(7)无痕烧制：在施釉坯体底部垫一个支圈，烧制得同心圆或非同心圆钧瓷。本发明采用无痕素烧和无痕烧制，得到的同心圆或非同心圆钧瓷底部平滑无压痕，且钧瓷作品含有两种分别象征太阳和月亮的釉色，提高了钧瓷作品的艺术观赏性。
