The invention discloses a wide-temperature stable ceramic dielectric material and a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of dielectric materials. The wide-temperature stable ceramic dielectric material comprises the following components in percentage by mole: 91-95% of barium titanate, 3.5-8% of a sintering aid, 0.4-0.8% of a rare earth element oxide and 0.7-1.2% of an antioxidant. The particle size of the barium titanate is 240-280 nm. The sintering aid comprises CaO, MgO and SiO2, the rare earth element oxides comprise Ho2O3 and Y2O3, and the antioxidant comprises MnO2. The prepared ceramic dielectric material has high dielectric constant, wide temperature stability and excellent anti-aging characteristic, and meets the X7S standard. Meanwhile, the preparation method of the high-capacity ceramic dielectric material is simple, toxic and harmful substances are not contained, and the prepared ceramic capacitor is high in density, small in crystal grain, few in defect and suitable for actual production and application.
本发明一种宽温稳定型陶瓷介电材料及其制备方法和应用,属于介电材料技术领域。本发明宽温稳定型陶瓷介电材料包括以下摩尔百分比组分:钛酸钡91‑95%,烧结助剂3.5‑8%,稀土元素氧化物0.4‑0.8%,抗氧化剂0.7‑1.2%。钛酸钡的粒径为240‑280nm。烧结助剂包括CaO、MgO、SiO2,稀土元素氧化物包括Ho2O3、Y2O3,抗氧化剂包括MnO2。本发明制备得到的陶瓷介电材料具有高介电常数、宽温稳定性和优异的抗老化特性,满足X7S标准的陶瓷介电材料。同时本发明提供的高容量陶瓷介电材料的制备方法简单,不含有毒有害物质,制备得到的陶瓷电容器致密度高、晶粒小、缺陷少,适合实际生产应用。
