High-strength silicon nitride wave-transparent ceramic and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a high-strength silicon nitride wave-transparent ceramic and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of silicon nitride ceramics. The preparation method of the high-strength silicon nitride wave-transparent ceramic provided by the invention comprises the following steps: (1) mixing silicon nitride, a sintering aid and absolute ethyl alcohol to obtain a mixture; (2) adding boron nitride short fibers, nano silicon dioxide and zirconium oxide into the mixture obtained in the step (1), and mixing to obtain a wet mixture; (3) drying the wet mixture obtained in the step (2), and performing compression molding to obtain a green body; and (4) sequentially pre-sintering and sintering the green body obtained in the step (3) to obtain the high-strength silicon nitride wave-transparent ceramic. The result of the embodiment shows that the bending strength of the high-strength silicon nitride wave-transparent ceramic prepared by the preparation method provided by the invention is 480-620 MPa, the dielectric constant is 2.5-3.0, and the high-strength silicon nitride wave-transparent ceramic has the characteristics of excellent dielectric property and high strength.
本发明提供了一种高强度氮化硅透波陶瓷及其制备方法,属于氮化硅陶瓷技术领域。本发明提供的高强度氮化硅透波陶瓷的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将氮化硅、烧结助剂和无水乙醇混合,得到混合物;(2)向所述步骤(1)得到的混合物中加入氮化硼短纤维、纳米二氧化硅和氧化锆,混合后得到湿混料;(3)将所述步骤(2)得到的湿混料烘干后进行压制成型,得到坯体;(4)将所述步骤(3)得到的坯体依次进行预烧结和烧结,得到高强度氮化硅透波陶瓷。实施例的结果显示,本发明提供的制备方法制备的高强度氮化硅透波陶瓷的弯曲强度为480~620MPa,介电常数为2.5~3.0,兼具介电性能优异且强度高的特点。
