Concrete pre-impregnant and high-performance concrete prepared from same
The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation of high-performance concrete materials, and discloses a concrete pre-impregnant and high-performance concrete prepared from the same. The preparation method comprises the following steps: compounding an acrylate monomer, an initiator, a catalyst and a permeation promoter to prepare a pre-impregnant, carrying out impregnation treatment on common concrete by using the pre-impregnant, and then carrying out heating, microwave or ultraviolet radiation treatment on the common concrete to initiate polymerization of a small molecular monomer. The pre-impregnated micromolecular monomer composition forms a continuous high-molecular acrylate polymer in a porous structure of the concrete, and a protection system is formed on the surface layer of the concrete. The strength, durability and toughness of the prepared high-molecular polymer impregnated concrete are greatly improved, and the high-molecular polymer impregnated concrete can be used for high-performance treatment of common concrete structures.
本发明属于高性能混凝土材料制备技术领域,公开了一种混凝土预浸渍剂及以其制备的高性能混凝土。本发明将丙烯酸酯类单体、引发剂、催化剂和助渗剂复配制备预浸渍剂,并将预浸渍剂对普通混凝土进行浸渍处理,然后对其进行加热、微波或紫外线辐射处理引发小分子单体聚合,使预浸渍的小分子单体组合物在混凝土的多孔结构中形成连续的高分子丙烯酸酯类聚合物,在混凝土表层形成防护体系。本发明制备的高分子聚合物浸渍混凝土的强度、耐久性和韧性均得到大幅提升,可用于普通混凝土结构的高性能化处理。
