The all-weather operation road sweeper comprises a chassis assembly, a dust removal box body, a fan, a suction cup, a sweeping device, a water spraying system and a garbage can, the dust removal box body is installed above the garbage can, the suction cup is provided with a feeding port, a discharging port, a main suction port and a reverse blowing port, the feeding port is formed in the front end of the suction cup and connected with the main suction port, and the discharging port is formed in the bottom of the suction cup; a negative pressure cavity and a positive pressure cavity are formed in the dust removal box body, an air inlet of the fan is connected with the negative pressure cavity, an air outlet of the fan is connected with the positive pressure cavity, the negative pressure cavity of the dust removal box body is connected with a main suction port of the suction cup through a pipeline, and the positive pressure cavity of the dust removal box body is communicated with the reverse blowing port of the suction cup through a pipeline; the all-weather cleaning operation can be carried out without switching dry and wet operation modes in the operation process, and the influence of water vapor on the dust removal device is avoided. The structure is simple and cleaning and maintenance are convenient.
