Underground diaphragm wall with joints
The underground diaphragm wall comprises a plurality of reinforcement cages, channel steel and the connectors, the two vertical edges of each reinforcement cage are each fixedly provided with one channel steel, and the connectors comprise the female connector and the male connector which are vertically arranged on the outer surfaces of the two channel steel correspondingly; the female connectors are connected into the corresponding male connectors on the adjacent steel channels in a socket and spigot joint mode to form a set of connectors, the male connectors are inserted into the female connectors in a socket and spigot joint mode, and each male connector comprises a vertically-penetrating grouting through hole and an overflow hole horizontally penetrating through the side wall of the grouting through hole. The male connector and the female connector are connected, waterproof materials are injected through the grouting through holes to block a gap between the male connector and the female connector to form an anti-leakage structure, and at least two sets of connectors are arranged on the two vertical edges of the reinforcement cage at intervals. The structure is simple, construction is easy and convenient, the good anti-seepage effect can be achieved with a small amount of waterproof materials, implementation is good, wall sections are connected tightly and normatively, and the construction progress and construction quality can be guaranteed.
本发明提供一种带接头的地下连续墙,包括若干钢筋笼、槽钢和接头,单个所述钢筋笼的两竖向边各固定一个槽钢,所述接头包括分别在两个槽钢外表面竖向设置的阴接头和阳接头,所述阴接头承插式连接于相邻的槽钢上对应的阳接头内形成一组接头,所述阳接头承插于阴接头内,所述阳接头包括竖向贯穿的注浆通孔以及水平贯穿注浆通孔侧壁的溢流孔,所述阳接头和阴接头连接通过注浆通孔注入防水材料封堵二者之间的间隙形成防渗漏结构,所述钢筋笼的两竖向边均至少间隔设置两组接头。本发明结构简单,施工简便,用少量防水材料即可达到良好的抗渗漏效果,可实施性好,且各墙段连接紧密规范,能够保证施工进度和施工质量。
