The invention discloses a direct-buried cable excavating device. The direct-buried cable excavating device comprises a supporting frame, a swinging assembly, a spraying assembly, an extracting assembly and an excavating assembly. An excavating cavity is formed in the supporting frame; the swinging assembly comprises two swinging plates; the swing plate is rotatably arranged in the excavating cavity; the spraying assembly comprises a water tank, a water pump and a water outlet pipe; a water inlet hole connected with one end of the water outlet pipe is formed in the top of the swinging plate; the other end of the water outlet pipe is connected with the water pump; the water pump is connected with the water tank; the extraction assembly comprises a storage box, a booster pump and an extraction pipe; an extraction hole allowing one end of an extraction pipe to be detachably connected penetrates through the swing plate; the other end of the extraction pipe is detachably connected with the booster pump; the booster pump is detachably connected with the storage box; the digging assembly comprises a rotary digger and a rotary brush device; the bottom of the swing plate is provided with a first clamping piece used for being detachably connected with the rotary excavator or the rotary brush device. According to the scheme, the excavation efficiency can be improved, and secondary damage to the cable is avoided.
