Steel structure overhanging device
The invention discloses a steel structure overhanging device which comprises a sliding rail device used for being connected with the bottom of an overhanging steel structure, a clamping piece device used for being connected with the bottom of a steel beam and a supporting rod device connected between the sliding rail device and the clamping piece device in a telescopic mode. The sliding rail device comprises a fixed outer rail and a movable inner rail sliding in the fixed outer rail. The supporting rod device comprises a first rod piece rotationally installed at the bottom of the movable inner rail and a second rod piece coaxially connected with the first rod piece through a telescopic cylinder, and the lower end, corresponding to the second rod piece, of the clamping piece device is provided with a supporting groove. A traditional steel angle welding mode is replaced by the device by improving a traditional rigid connection fixing mode, efficient and rapid construction is achieved through a top sliding rail device, a communicated adjustable telescopic rod and a fastening device fixed to a lower steel beam, and meanwhile the angle and length direction can be adjusted.
本发明公开了一种钢结构悬挑装置,其包括供连接悬挑钢结构底部的滑轨装置、供连接钢梁底部的卡件装置,以及可伸缩连接于所述滑轨装置与所述卡件装置之间的支撑杆装置;所述滑轨装置包括固定式外轨以及滑动于所述固定式外轨中的活动式内轨;所述支撑杆装置包括旋转安装于所述活动式内轨底部的第一杆件以及通过伸缩筒同轴于连接所述第一杆件的第二杆件,所述卡件装置对应所述第二杆件的下端设有支撑凹槽。通过改进传统的刚接固定方式,将传统的角钢焊接方式用本发明装置代替,通过顶部滑轨装置、连通的可调节伸缩杆以及和下部钢梁固定的紧固装置,实现了高效快捷施工,同时角度、长度方向可调节。
