The invention discloses a floor tile paving construction method. The floor tile paving construction method comprises the steps of preparation, paving, filling and the like. Wherein in the preparation step, a plurality of floor tiles and bases are prepared, and the floor tiles are embedded and clamped into the bases one by one to form a plurality of tile seat units, then in the paving step, the tile seat units are paved side by side one by one to form gaps between the adjacent tile seat units, and finally in the filling step, the gaps between the adjacent tile seat units are filled. Filling the gaps with a gap filling material so as to form a flat state on the surfaces of the floor tiles; therefore, the tile seat units are closely arranged and are matched with the filling of the joint filling material, so that the floor tiles can be quickly laid, the construction speed is increased, the base can provide a buffering effect when the floor tiles are shrunk or expanded, the problem that the floor tiles are damaged is effectively avoided, and the overall construction quality is further improved.
