The slope-adjustable concrete multi-point pouring device comprises a truss base, a collecting hopper is arranged at the top of the truss base, a plurality of obliquely-arranged material distributing chute ways are arranged on the side portion of the truss base, the upper ends of the material distributing chute ways are communicated with the collecting hopper, and the lower ends of the material distributing chute ways extend downwards from the collecting hopper to a pouring point in an inclined mode. In the pouring process, a vehicle-mounted pump truck is used for pumping concrete into the collecting hopper, the concrete in the collecting hopper can automatically and averagely flow into all the material distribution chutes, the concrete can automatically flow into the high tower through the material distribution chutes to be poured, multi-point simultaneous and average material distribution is achieved, and the material distribution efficiency is improved. The concrete in the aggregate bin is automatically and uniformly distributed to each pouring point, so that the problem of high difficulty in uniform material distribution by adopting a pump pipe at present is effectively solved, the material distribution uniformity is improved, and the concrete pouring quality is guaranteed.
本发明为一种可调斜率混凝土多点浇筑装置,包括有桁架基座,在所述桁架基座的顶部设有集料斗,在所述桁架基座的侧部设有多个倾斜设置的分料溜槽道,所述分料溜槽道的上端与集料斗联通,下端由集料斗处向下倾斜延伸至浇筑点。在浇筑过程中利用车载泵车将混凝土泵送至集料斗内,集料斗内的混凝土会自动平均流动至各个分料溜槽道中,混凝土会通过分料溜槽道自动流淌至高塔内浇筑,实现了多点同时平均分料布料,将集料斗内的混凝土自动均匀地分布至每个浇筑点,有效解决了目前采用泵管均匀布料难度大的问题,提高了布料的均匀度,保障了混凝土浇筑质量。
