The invention relates to the technical field of vehicles, and particularly discloses a parallel shaft, a tail gate and a vehicle, the parallel shaft comprises a transmission box, a coupling assembly, a damper, a transmission assembly and a telescopic assembly, and the transmission box is provided with an output shaft; the coupling assembly comprises a spline shaft, outer teeth and a first buffer layer; a first transmission sleeve is arranged at one end of the spline shaft, and the output shaft is sleeved with the first transmission sleeve; the outer gear sleeve is arranged on the first transmission sleeve; the first buffer layer is arranged between the outer teeth and the first transmission sleeve; the damper is connected with the other end of the spline shaft; the conveying assembly is connected with the outer teeth. The telescopic assembly is connected with the transmission assembly. According to the invention, the problem of eccentricity caused by non-concentricity of parts or in the assembly process can be solved; and generation of periodic tones is avoided.
