The invention discloses a reverse slope drainage device for a karst tunnel, which belongs to the technical field of karst tunnels, is mounted in water collecting tanks arranged at the bottom in the karst tunnel at equal intervals, and comprises a filtering assembly, an automatic water pumping assembly and a flushing assembly, the filtering assembly comprises a lifting plate, a supporting ring, a filtering plate, a water receiving barrel, a spring and a bottom plate; the automatic water pumping assembly comprises a water outlet pipe, a water pump, a straight plate and a liquid level detection device; the flushing assembly comprises a driving part and a flushing assembly body, and the driving part intermittently drives the flushing assembly body to rotate the input end of the flushing water pump. The filter plate can shake up and down, so that shaking filtration is realized, impurities such as sand and stones are prevented from being accumulated and blocked in filter holes of the filter plate, and the filter effect is improved; by arranging the flushing assembly, flushing of the input end of the water pump can be achieved, sediment is prevented from being deposited at the input end of the water pump in the pumping and draining process, and the working efficiency of the water pump is improved.
