The invention discloses a cement kiln cooperative garbage treatment and alternative fuel gas use analysis system. The system comprises a raw material bin connected with a preheater, an alternative fuel bin and a decomposing furnace pulverized coal bin which are connected with a decomposing furnace, and a rotary kiln connected with the decomposing furnace. A kiln tail high-temperature gas analyzer for detecting kiln tail gas parameters is arranged on the rotary kiln; a decomposing furnace outlet high-temperature gas analyzer and a decomposing furnace bottom high-temperature gas analyzer are arranged on the decomposing furnace; and the decomposing furnace outlet high-temperature gas analyzer and the decomposing furnace bottom high-temperature gas analyzer are respectively connected with a control module. Kiln operators and managers can accurately observe and process. Crust caused by SO2 and chloride ions during cooperative treatment of garbage and combustion of alternative fuel is locally reduced and combusted. Alternative fuel calorific value fluctuation; the real-time continuous data of the petrochemical fuel quantity saved by the alternative fuel is brought by the variation of the alternative fuel type and granularity; and CO2 emission reduction data.
