Continuously welded rail continuous rigid frame bridge and arrangement method thereof
The invention provides a seamless track rigid frame bridge and an arrangement method thereof, and relates to the railway bridge technology, the seamless track rigid frame bridge comprises a continuous rigid frame bridge system and a seamless track track, the continuous rigid frame bridge system is composed of at least one rigid frame bridge, adjacent rigid frame bridges are connected through beam body expansion joints, and each rigid frame bridge comprises a beam part and a pier which are fixedly connected with each other; the section of the pier is rectangular, and the pier is of a reinforced concrete structure. The seamless track line is laid on the continuous rigid frame bridge system. The rigid frame bridge has the advantages that the continuous rigid frame bridge structure is arranged, the single-box single-chamber box girder of the prestressed concrete structure is adopted on the rigid frame bridge portion, meanwhile, the pier is of the reinforced concrete structure, the cross section of the pier is rectangular, and therefore the size of the lower structure of the bridge is reduced, rigidity is improved, and materials are saved. By establishing the bridge-track integrated model, different design schemes of the continuous rigid frame bridge with the continuously welded track are checked and calculated, the continuous rigid frame bridge arrangement method and the fastener arrangement scheme are obtained, and the problem of adaptability of the continuous rigid frame bridge with the continuously welded track is solved.
本发明提供了一种无缝线路刚构桥及其布置方法,涉及铁路桥梁技术,包括连续刚构桥系统和无缝轨道线路,连续刚构桥系统由至少一联刚构桥组成,相邻刚构桥之间通过梁体伸缩缝连接,刚构桥包括相互固定连接梁部和桥墩,桥墩的截面为矩形,桥墩为钢筋混凝土结构;无缝轨道线路铺设在连续刚构桥系统上。本发明的有益效果为:通过设置连续的刚构桥结构,在刚构桥梁部采用预应力混凝土结构的单箱单室箱梁,同时桥墩采用钢筋混凝土结构且截面为矩形截面,进而减小桥梁下部结构尺寸,提升刚度、节约材料。通过建立桥轨一体化模型,对不同无缝线路连续刚构桥设计方案进行检算,得到连续刚构桥布置方法和扣件布置方案,解决了连续刚构桥无缝线路适应性难题。
