Reinforced acrylic artificial marble and method for manufacturing same
Provided are: a reinforced acrylic artificial marble having high impact resistance, few entrained bubbles, and good processability without adding glass fibers; and a method for producing the same. The present invention relates to a complex for artificial marble, which is characterized in that: the complex for artificial marble is formed by adding a polyrotaxane, an inorganic filler fine powder, and a curing agent to a slurry in which a methacrylic resin is dissolved in methyl methacrylate, the polyrotaxane comprising cyclodextrin, polyethylene glycol, and an adamantane blocking group; at least one part of hydroxyl groups of cyclodextrin is modified by 2-hydroxy propyl, hydroxyl groups of the 2-hydroxy propyl are modified by polycaprolactone groups, further part of the tail ends of the polycaprolactone groups are modified by methacryloyl groups or acryloyl groups, and the complex is injected into a mold and is subjected to heating compression molding and curing.
本发明提供:在不添加玻璃纤维的情况下耐冲击性强、夹带气泡少、加工性好的增强丙烯酸类人造大理石和其制造法。本发明的特征在于,在对于甲基丙烯酸甲酯溶解有甲基丙烯酸类树脂的浆中添加聚轮烷、无机质填料微粉体和固化剂形成人造大理石用配合物,上述聚轮烷是如下而成的:其包含环糊精、聚乙二醇、金刚烷封端基团,环糊精的羟基的至少一部分由2‑羟基丙基修饰,该2‑羟基丙基的羟基由聚己内酯基修饰,进而该聚己内酯基末端的一部分由甲基丙烯酰基或丙烯酰基修饰,将该配合物注入至模具内并进行加热压缩成型固化。
