Concrete cement foaming insulating brick and manufacturing method thereof
The invention relates to the field of building bubble bricks, in particular to a concrete cement foaming insulating brick and a manufacturing method thereof.The method comprises the steps that bubble mortar is stirred and mixed and then added into a forming device through a pipeline; a hydraulic press is used for adjusting and shrinking, so that the forming insertion plate table is inserted into the standing bubble mortar; the distance between the two groups of central slots formed by the forming plugboard table is driven and controlled through the forward and backward driver; the angle inclinator drives the forming insertion plate table to be inserted obliquely, and bubble bricks with inclined insertion grooves are formed after shaping; the position of the forming inserting plate table in the forming device is adjusted by controlling the drive, so that the position of the central inserting groove is adjusted; and after the bubble brick is shaped, taking out the center-shaped forming insertion plate to complete processing and preparation. The device has the beneficial effect that the produced through grooves with the bubble-shaped inner walls can be adjusted, processed and prepared in batches according to actual conditions.
本发明涉及建筑气泡砖领域,更具体的说是一种混凝土水泥发泡保温砖及其制作方法,方法为:将气泡砂浆经过搅拌混合后通过管道添加至成型器内;通过液压器调节进行收缩使成型插板台插入静置的气泡砂浆内;通过正反驱动器驱动控制成型插板台组成两组中心插槽的距离;通过角度倾斜器驱动成型插板台倾斜插入,定形后形成倾斜插槽的气泡砖;通过控制驱动调节成型插板台在成型器内的位置,对中心插槽的位置进行调整;气泡砖定形后取出中心定形的成型插板即可加工制备完成;本发明的有益效果为可以结合实际情况对生产的气泡状内壁的通槽进行批量的调节加工制备。
