The invention provides a precast concrete component prestress tensioning and recycling device and method which are used for tensioning and recycling reinforcing steel bars in a precast concrete component, the precast concrete component comprises an anchoring section and a free section which are arranged in the vertical direction, and a plurality of precisely-bound twisted steel bars are pre-buried in the anchoring section; a plurality of unbonded finely-bound twisted steel bars are pre-embedded in the free section, the bonded finely-bound twisted steel bars and the unbonded finely-bound twisted steel bars are in one-to-one correspondence and are in threaded connection through connectors, the device comprises a tensioning nut, a screwing piece and a limiting piece, the tensioning nut is screwed on the unbonded finely-bound twisted steel bars, the screwing piece is used for rotating the tensioning nut, and the limiting piece is used for limiting the unbonded finely-bound twisted steel bars and the unbonded finely-bound twisted steel bars. The limiting piece is fixed on the unbonded finely-rolled twisted steel; when the screwing part rotates the tensioning nut rightwards, the unbonded precisely-bound twisted steel can be tensioned, when the screwing part rotates the tensioning nut leftwards, the unbonded precisely-bound twisted steel can be separated from the connector through the screwing part and the limiting part, and recycling of the unbonded precisely-bound twisted steel is achieved.
本发明提供了一种混凝土预制构件预应力张拉及回收装置及方法,用于对混凝土预制构件中的钢筋进行张拉及回收,混凝土预制构件包括沿竖向设置的锚固段及自由段,锚固段内预埋有若干有粘结精扎螺纹钢筋,自由段内预埋有若干无粘结精扎螺纹钢筋,有粘结精扎螺纹钢筋与无粘结精扎螺纹钢筋一一对应并通过连接器螺纹连接,装置包括张拉螺母、旋拧件及限位件,张拉螺母旋合在无粘结精扎螺纹钢筋上,旋拧件用于旋转张拉螺母,限位件固定在无粘结精扎螺纹钢筋上;当旋拧件右旋张拉螺母时能够对无粘结精扎螺纹钢筋进行张拉,当旋拧件左旋张拉螺母时,与限位件一起能够使无粘结精扎螺纹钢筋从连接器中脱出,实现了无粘结精扎螺纹钢筋的回收。
