The invention provides a method for preparing alpha-aluminum oxide powder by adopting a two-time high-temperature calcination process. The method comprises the following steps: taking aluminum stone, carrying out primary calcination to obtain aluminum oxide powder, mixing the prepared aluminum oxide powder with water, continuously stirring and dispersing until the mixture is uniform to obtain a mixed solution, carrying out ball milling on the obtained mixed solution to obtain a mixture, drying the obtained mixture, and further crushing to obtain dried powder; and carrying out secondary calcination on the obtained dry powder to obtain the alpha-aluminum oxide with edges and corners. The alpha-aluminum oxide powder prepared by the method has sharp edges and corners, the particle size is 250-350nm, the particle size distribution is uniform, and the purity is high, so that the polishing efficiency of a substrate material can be greatly improved.
本申请提出一种采取两次高温煅烧工艺制备α‑氧化铝粉末的方法。该方法包括如下步骤,取铝石进行一次煅烧得到氧化铝粉体,将制得的氧化铝粉体与水混合后持续搅拌分散直至均匀得混合液,将所得混合液进行球磨得到混合物,将得到的混合物进行干燥后进一步粉碎,得到干燥粉体,对所得干燥粉体进行二次煅烧即得带棱角的α‑氧化铝。采用本方法制备的α‑氧化铝粉末具有尖锐的棱角,粒子粒径在250~350nm、粒径分布均匀,纯度高,因此能大幅度提高对衬底材料的抛光效率。
