The invention provides a preparation method of vacuum glass, the vacuum glass, a vacuum glass door and a refrigerator. The preparation method of the vacuum glass comprises the following steps: preparing a glass batch from the following components in parts by weight: 0.007 to 0.696 parts of B2O3, 0.102 to 1.02 parts of Al2O3, 0.6 to 1.803 parts of SiO2, 0.841 to 1.402 parts of CaO, 2.105 to 4.21 parts of HfO2, 0.909 to 5.456 parts of V2O5 and 0.479 to 1.596 parts of TeO2; preparing glass powder according to the glass batch; preparing glass slurry according to the glass powder; and carrying out bonding operation on the glass slurry to obtain the vacuum glass. When the vacuum glass door is applied to a refrigerator door body, the hole drawing design of vacuum glass can be avoided, a hollow door is replaced by the vacuum glass door made of the vacuum glass, use of polyurethane materials is reduced, and the environment-friendly effect is achieved.
