The invention discloses a steel truss web totally-closed bridge which comprises bridge piers, a box girder assembly and a sound insulation assembly. The multiple piers are evenly arranged at intervals. The side wall of the box girder assembly is a steel truss web, and the box girder assembly is arranged on a pier; openings located at the two ends and a vehicle channel located in the box girder assembly and communicated with the two openings are formed in the box girder assembly. The sound insulation assembly is detachably connected to the side wall and/or the top wall of the box girder assembly. As the bridge structure designed for the high-speed railway is set to be the totally-enclosed bridge, the box girder assembly is used as a main structure for bridge sound insulation, and the sound insulation assembly is used as an auxiliary structure for bridge sound insulation, when a high-speed train runs to the steel truss web totally-enclosed bridge, noise and pressure waves in the totally-enclosed bridge are reflected for multiple times in the box girder assembly; most noise is absorbed by the box girder assembly and the sound insulation assembly, and the noise generated when the high-speed train passes through the bridge is effectively reduced.
