The invention discloses a cantilever beam auxiliary positioning device which comprises two guide frames, a cantilever beam positioning device and a cantilever beam positioning device, the two guide frames are oppositely arranged on a bridge pier, and limiting mechanisms are arranged on the guide frames; the positioning mechanism is arranged on the guide frame in a sliding mode so that a positioning area with an opening in one side can be defined by the positioning mechanism and the limiting mechanism together, the cantilever beam is suspended in the positioning area, and the positioning mechanism is used for pushing the cantilever beam suspended in the positioning area to move towards the opening. And the reinforcing steel bars on the bridge pier are aligned with the mounting holes in the cantilever beam one by one.
