A reinforcement cage of a precast pile comprises a main reinforcement, an outer side spiral stirrup and an inner side stirrup, the outer side spiral stirrup and the inner side stirrup are located on the outer side and the inner side of the main reinforcement respectively, and the reinforcement cage is matched with a protection plate; the reinforcing bars of the cup mouth part in lap joint with the upper structure are composed of cup mouth reinforcing ribs and reinforcing stirrups connected with the cup mouth reinforcing ribs, and a hoisting ring and an anchoring plate are arranged in cooperation with construction hoisting. C30 concrete is poured after all the iron pieces are fixed through formworks, and a finished product precast pile is formed after formwork removal is completed after curing is finished. The method shortens the time of the concrete pole foundation, avoids jerry work and material consumption when a construction unit pours the concrete pole foundation, and improves the construction efficiency and the construction quality.
本发明公开了一种水泥杆基础工厂化预制式基础，预制桩的钢筋笼包括主筋及分别位于主筋外侧、内侧的外侧螺旋箍筋、内侧箍筋，并配合有护板；与上部结构搭接的杯口部分配筋由杯口加强筋和与杯口加强筋连接的加强箍筋组成，配合施工吊装设置吊环及锚固板；上述所有铁件采用模板固定后浇筑C30混凝土，待养护结束后拆模形成成品预制桩。本发明缩短水泥杆基础时间，避免施工单位浇筑水泥杆基础时偷工减料，提高施工效率和施工质量。
