The invention discloses an extensible concealed shower head system which comprises a shower body with a cavity, a control assembly and an extensible water inlet and outlet assembly. The extensible water inlet and outlet assembly is connected to the rear end of the shower body and comprises a cold water inlet assembly, a hot water inlet assembly and at least one water distribution and outlet assembly. The cold water inlet assembly, the hot water inlet assembly and the water distribution and outlet assembly comprise water pipe fittings, and connecting pieces are arranged between the water pipe fittings so that the adjacent water pipe fittings can be detachably connected. The control assembly is arranged at the front end of the shower body and comprises a main valve control assembly and at least one shunt valve control assembly. Inlet water of the cold water inlet assembly and the hot water inlet assembly flows orderly, is mixed after passing through the main valve control assembly, and then flows out of the water distribution and outlet assembly under the control of the water distribution valve control assembly.
