Method for avoiding rubber aggregate floating in plastic rubber concrete construction and application thereof
The invention belongs to the field of engineering construction, and provides a technology for avoiding upward floating and uneven distribution of rubber aggregate in rubber concrete construction. The content of the invention is as follows: based on a concrete interface action mechanism, a secondary mixing process for wrapping rubber aggregate with cement paste is developed. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, stirring cement paste and rubber aggregate for multiple times to generate cement paste wrapped rubber aggregate, and the density of the cement paste wrapped rubber aggregate is greater than that of the original rubber aggregate; and then, the gravel material, the clay, the bentonite and the like are doped for secondary mixing, so that the rubber aggregate is uniformly distributed in the concrete and does not float upwards.
