Machine-made mountain sand efficient composite mineral admixture and preparation device thereof
The invention provides a high-efficiency composite mineral admixture for machine-made mountain sand. The high-efficiency composite mineral admixture comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 50-60% of gneiss powder; 15-25% of fly ash floating beads; 10-20% of quartz sand tailings; 6-10% of limestone powder; and a grinding aid accounting for 0.2-0.5% of the total weight of the gneiss powder, the fly ash floating beads, the quartz sand tailings and the limestone powder. According to the scheme, the fineness, the activity index and the fluidity ratio of the finally prepared composite mineral admixture can meet the requirements of conventional composite admixture products, the mortar fluidity can be improved, the machine-made hill sand and the industrial solid waste are adopted as raw materials, the cost is low, energy is saved, environment friendliness is achieved, and the composite mineral admixture can be used for improving the performance of concrete.
