High-strength and high-ductility concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of concrete, and particularly discloses high-strength and high-ductility concrete and a preparation method thereof. The high-strength and high-ductility concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 190 to 225 parts of cement, 75 to 110 parts of blast furnace slag, 16 to 30 parts of silica fume, 105 to 120 parts of fine aggregate, 7 to 10 parts of modified polyvinyl alcohol fiber, 4.7 to 6 parts of steel fiber, 84 to 116 parts of water and 3 to 6 parts of water reducing agent, the modified polyvinyl alcohol fiber is prepared from the following raw materials: microporous polyvinyl alcohol fiber, waterborne polyurethane emulsion and carrageenan in a weight ratio of 1: (0.4-0.7); the preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing the microporous polyvinyl alcohol fiber, preparing the modified polyvinyl alcohol fiber, preparing a dry mixture, preparing a wet mixture, pre-mixing, stirring, pouring and curing. The method has the advantages that the strength and ductility of the concrete are improved at the same time, and the service life of the concrete is prolonged.
