The pervious concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 230 to 240 parts of cement, 148 to 152 parts of mineral powder, 45 to 55 parts of fly ash, 210 to 220 parts of sand, 1500 to 1540 parts of stones, 7.0 to 7.6 parts of a water reducing agent, 116 to 124 parts of water, 20 to 25 parts of a latex polymer, 0.69 to 0.72 part of sodium gluconate, 9.2 to 9.6 parts of a lotus leaf water repellent agent and 0.46 to 0.52 part of cellulose nanocrystals. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing and stirring the cellulose nanocrystal and 40-50% of water, then carrying out ultrasonic dispersion, and then mixing and stirring with the rest raw materials. The pervious concrete disclosed by the invention has relatively high mechanical properties and durability while the pervious rate and the pervious effect are ensured, and the application range is relatively wide.
