The invention provides a preparation method of a high-temperature gas cooled reactor absorption ball with a silicon nitride coating, which comprises the following steps: preparing nano silicon nitride powder by using solid silicon nitride, silane and liquid ammonia, coating a layer of adhesive on the surface of the outer layer of a sintered graphite absorption ball, adhering a layer of nano silicon nitride powder, pressing and sintering to obtain a ceramic absorption ball. Through the improvement of the surface coating process, the problems that the thickness of a ceramic strengthening layer on the surface of the absorption ball obtained through a traditional vapor deposition process is small and distribution is uneven are solved, the falling smoothness of the absorption ball during emergency shutdown of a high-temperature gas cooled reactor is guaranteed, and the surface strengthening coating is good in abrasion resistance and not prone to being damaged; according to the high-temperature gas cooled reactor absorption ball prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention, the yield is increased to 92%, and the ceramic absorption ball design requirement of a high-temperature gas cooled reactor absorption ball shutdown system is met.
本发明提出一种具有氮化硅涂层的高温气冷堆吸收球的制备方法,利用固态氮化硅、硅烷和液氨制备纳米氮化硅粉,将已烧制好的石墨吸收球的外层表面涂覆一层粘接剂,粘接一层纳米氮化硅粉,压制后进行烧结,得到陶瓷吸收球。本发明通过表面涂敷工艺的改进,解决了传统气相沉积工艺得到的吸收球表面陶瓷强化层厚度较薄且分布不均匀的问题,保证了吸收球在高温气冷堆紧急停堆时下落的顺畅性,且表面强化涂层耐磨性良好,不易破损;利用本发明的制备方法制备出的高温气冷堆吸收球,成品率提高到92%,满足了高温气冷堆吸收球停堆系统的陶瓷吸收球设计要求。
