The invention provides a sound insulation board prepared from oily sludge and a manufacturing method of the sound insulation board. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: 1, lightly burning the oily sludge; 2, grinding the lightly burnt material; 3, manufacturing a plate; mixing the finely ground material obtained by lightly burning the oily sludge with cement and water to prepare slurry; fully foaming the foaming agent and water into foam by using a foaming machine; and uniformly stirring the slurry and the foam, injecting into a mold for molding, and curing to form the sound insulation material with a large number of closed air holes. According to the method, the problems of reduction of the oily sludge, water washing and secondary utilization of residual solid phases after thermal desorption can be solved, recycling application can be realized, and harmlessness and recycling of hazardous wastes are really solved; the prepared sound insulation board is subjected to steam curing through waste heat in the harmless process stage, forming is fast, the energy utilization rate is high, and compared with traditional heating curing and sintering, the technology is more energy-saving, the production cost is low, and the production period is short.
本发明提供一种含油污泥制备的隔声板及其制作方法，包括以下步骤：1、轻烧含油污泥；2、研磨轻烧后的物料；3、制板；将含油污泥轻烧后磨细的物料与水泥、水拌制成浆体；将发泡剂与水用发泡机充分发泡成泡沫；将浆体和泡沫搅拌均匀，并注入模具中成型，经过养护，形成一种具有大量封闭气孔的隔声材料。本发明可以解决含油污泥减量化、水洗以及热脱附后剩余固相二次利用的问题，可实现资源化的应用，真正解决危险废弃物的无害化和资源化；制备的隔声板采用了无害化工艺阶段的余热进行蒸汽养护，成型快，能源利用率高，工艺较之传统的加热养护、烧结，更加节能，生产成本低，生产周期短。
