Highway asphalt pavement structure with low cost and long service life
The invention discloses a low-cost long-service-life road asphalt pavement structure, and compared with the design of full-thickness asphalt, large-particle-size asphalt concrete base and the like adopted by a common long-service-life pavement, the large-particle-size cement stabilized macadam structure adopted by the pavement structure effectively reduces the construction cost. Through the inverted design of the double-layer semi-rigid base layer, the structural material performance of each layer is more adaptive to the layer position function, so that the thickness of the base layer is reasonably reduced, and the overall construction cost is reduced. The anti-fatigue performance of the subbase layer is enhanced by increasing the cement dosage of the subbase layer; by arranging the large-particle-size anti-crack water-stable layer and the FAC oil-rich stress absorption layer, generation and diffusion of reflection cracks of the pavement structure are prevented, the service life of the pavement is greatly prolonged, and the maintenance cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种低成本长寿命公路沥青路面结构,本发明中的路面结构,相较于常见长寿命路面所采用的全厚式沥青、大粒径沥青混凝土基层等设计,本路面结构所采用的大粒径水泥稳定碎石结构有效降低了建设成本。通过对双层半刚性基层的倒装设计,使得各层结构材料性能与层位功能更为适配,从而合理降低基层厚度,降低整体建设成本。通过增加底基层的水泥剂量,增强了底基层的抗疲劳性能;通过大粒径抗裂水稳层与FAC富油应力吸收层的设置,防止路面结构反射裂缝的产生与扩散,大大提高了路面的使用寿命,降低了养护成本。
