Unloading sandbox prepressing method
The invention provides an unloading sandbox pre-pressing method which is used for pre-pressing a sandbox, a counter-force frame, a hydraulic cylinder and an auxiliary feeding assembly are included, the counter-force frame is vertically arranged, the counter-force frame is in a rectangular frame shape, the hydraulic cylinder is vertically arranged in an inner frame of the counter-force frame, and a pre-pressing cavity is reserved between the telescopic end of the hydraulic cylinder and the counter-force frame; the auxiliary feeding device comprises a supporting platform, a material conveying trolley and a limiting piece, the supporting platform horizontally penetrates out of an inner frame of the reaction frame, the material conveying trolley is arranged on the supporting platform in a sliding mode, and the pre-pressing cavity is located on the moving path of the material conveying trolley; a cavity is formed in the supporting platform in a penetrating mode, the telescopic end of the hydraulic cylinder can penetrate through the cavity, and a stepped groove is formed in the top of the conveying trolley. The limiting piece is arranged in the cavity in a telescopic mode, and the limiting piece abuts against the material conveying trolley so that the cavity can be aligned to the stepped groove. The problems that a traditional pre-pressing mode is complex, and the pre-pressing effect is common are solved.
